With over 15yrs experience in installing, maintaining and repairing stairlifts we have become one of the most respected and recommended stairlift installation companies within the southeast.

M.D. Stairlift has forged a close working relationship with local authorities and social services teams who as well as using us to install their reconditioned lifts also use us for advice and help. We also have a special relationship with our private customers who enjoy the fact that there is no hard sell as no one works on commission. We want the customer to have a lift that is right for them not for our pocket. All the engineers are trained to the manufacturers standards and are all fully trained electrical engineers having carried out a 5yr apprentiship with our sister company M.D. Electrical. It is this level of service and our high standards that have set us apart and because of this we continue to receive a lot of our business through recommendations, something we are very proud of.

We try to keep the number of manufacturers we are involved with down to a minimum so that our engineers are better trained but we are always on the lookout for new and innovative types of stairlifts because at the end of the day we want our customers to have the best possible stairlifts installed for the best possible price.

In the future we would like to expand to cover the whole of the British mainland but this will have to be a slow process as it is imperative that we maintain our current standards including 24hr call-outs and we do not want to lose the family run aspect of the business.
