If you are thinking of buying a stairlift it can be a daunting task but our advisors are on hand to guide you through the process and to make sure that you end up with the lift you need.

When you make an appointment we will arrange for one of our fully trained engineers, not a salesman, to come and visit you and discuss your needs. They will do a full survey of your stairs and advise you on all the possible options available and will then send you a written quotation. We send you an engineer because they will have a better practical knowledge of stairlifts and be able to answer all of your questions easily.

We can sell you a new stairlift, a reconditioned stairlift or you may want to rent a lift, either way we are here to make the choice as easy as possible. We offer a full service so that if for instance you need a radiator moved or some alterations need to be carried out to the stairs to accommodate the stairlift we can get the work carried out using specialist plumbers or carpenters.

Straight Lifts

A straight rail stairlift can not only be installed on a straight run of stairs but with some additions and alterations can be fitted to many other stair types.

If your stairs turn at the top to the left or right for a couple of steps you may be able to have a straight rail fitted and have a folding platform fitted at the top to bridge the gap to the landing.

If your stairs turn at the bottom you may be able to have some stair alterations done to enable a straight rail to be installed and used safely.

Curved Lifts

A curved rail stairlift can be installed on virtualy any staircase but they tend to be quite a bit more expensive than a straight rail lift.

Once you have chosen a stairlift it will be installed at a time convenient to you by fully factory trained engineers.
