After the purchase of a stairlift you need the reassurance of a 24hour call-out system that you can rely on, and the knowledge that if your lift does break down after the original warranty has expired you can still rely on the 24 hour call-out system. All lifts sold by M.D. Stairlifts are covered by a full 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour which can be extended after the first year.

If you decide to move or simply do not want the lift we will guarantee to buy back the lift at the trade price providing it has been installed and maintained by us.
